The 7-shaped bolt is a kind of bolt used on the construction site, with a shape of 7-shaped. It is also called reinforced anchor plate anchor bolt, welded anchor bolt, anchor claw anchor bolt, tendon plate anchor bolt, anchor bolt, anchor screw, anchor wire, etc. It is specially buried in concrete foundation and used as the base for fixing various machines and equipment. The 7-shaped anchor bolt is one of the most commonly used anchor bolts. Q235 steel is generally used for manufacturing, and Q345B or 16Mn materials are used for processing with high strength, and 40Cr materials are also used for processing products with 8.8-grade strength, and secondary or tertiary threaded steel is occasionally used for processing. According to different conditions of use, they can reach 3.6, 4.8, 6.8, 8.8, etc. The tensile capacity of grade 3.6 7-shaped anchor bolts is the tensile capacity of the steel itself. The tensile strength of anchor bolts directly processed with Q345B or 16Mn raw materials can reach 5.8 grade tensile strength.
